Feedback is Power
Socrates instructed - “know thyself.” Part of this knowing comes from pausing and taking time for self-reflection. If you are a team leader this self-reflection needs to include feedback from those you lead.
As part of the café experience you will have the opportunity to receive feedback on key leadership skills. The Team Leader Cafe' begins with a brief 360 degree feedback experience focusing on the skills taught throughout the Café experience.
As you begin in the Cafe' you can analyze any low ratings to better understand why they may be low and what you can do to improve them. This will help you focus on the skill development opportunity offered in the Cafe'. Likewise, you can make plans to more effectively deploy your strongest skills and find more ways to apply these in the workplace.

In our guaranteed process, we would use a broader survey that covers the full-range of skills we are developing through this process. This would allow you to monitor your progress through periodic feedback loops as you progress through your development and see how far you have come.
