Cafe Showcase

If you have spent some time on this web site you will see that any Cafe' event is preceded with a bit of individual preparation - usually online. There is also a requirement for someone to "Champion" the participant in order to insure support after the Cafe' event concludes.

For this showcase you will not be asked to have a champion, but you will experience an online course and a bit of the group dynamics that make the Cafe' a safe and hospitable place to develop team leader skills. Using a foundational program, Essential Skills of Leadership, we will provide a taste of our menu followed up with an opportunity to engage in some online discussion and to receive some digital reinforcement material.

And, of course, there will be coffee and light fare for your enjoyment. It wouldn't be a Cafe' without it. (Sorry, onsite events only. Webinar events will require that you provide your own coffee and snacks.)
