You Are Not Alone!

Your champion/sponsor wants you to succeed. In most cases that person is your immediate supervisor. That is why they are investing in your development and sending you to this workshop. Before you join us for training, you will be setting up a formal debriefing session with your champion to discuss the goals you set, and how you plan to use what you learn with us.

After the training, your champion will coach, support and reinforce your progress as you use new approaches to leading your team. Your success in learning these skills will not go unnoticed. You can be sure that each new skill mastered makes you more valuable to your organization, your champion and your team.

The champion will be kept informed about what you are learning and how (s)he can best support your development. For example, (s)he will get copies of the forms you will be using to implement your learning back on the job. (S)he will get copies of the models and concepts you are learning to apply on the job. (S)he will be ready to support you as you master these new skills.
