Filters - for Better Results

A useful tool is the coffee filter. It catches the grounds while allowing the full-bodied flavor of the beans to escape into the fresh water to create a unique brew of our choosing.

So it is with feedback. It catches those things we might miss that others so easily notice about us. Filtering can catch those strengths we might quickly dismiss or forget, or fail to capitalize on in our work. Then there are those imperfections. We all have them. They can ruin an otherwise successful leader who fails to pay attention and act on these needs.

There are many kinds of filtering devices offered in the Team Leader Café to help you capture specific kinds of feedback that will help you grow in specific ways.
