Host a Cafe' Onsite

If you have a group of team leaders who wish to experience the Cafe' on your campus, consider hosting it yourself.

Staff from The TEAM Approach can facilitate your private sessions for you, a catered approach, or train an internal facilitator to conduct them.  Either way, all of the features of the Cafe' are available to you - consider it your Private Table.

Should you choose to become an internal Cafe' "proprietor" your installation fee will include two-day certification training to fully acclimate you to the components and process of the Cafe'.  Training on specific tools used in the operation of the Cafe' are also available.
